PU 500|267: New Reason end of employment (Arbodienst) field (Dutch legislation)

You can now define the reason of the end of employment for employees according to the list supplied by the Arbodienst in the employee contracts (accessible through Modules > HRM > Reports > People > Contracts). You can choose from the available options at the newly added Reason end of employment (Arbodienst) field under the General section.
The Reason end of employment (Arbodienst) field is introduced to support the codes for Arbodienst integration as different codes are used for Dutch Tax Authority and integration with Exact Payroll Plus (these are available in the Reason end of employment field). This field offers the following options that comply with the SIVI standard:
- 01 Ontslag
- 03 Pensioen
- 05 Overleden
- 06 Tijdelijk ouderdomspensioen
- 08 Beëindiging dienstverband
- 09 WIA
- 10 Beëindiging tijdelijk dienstverband
- 99 Onbekend
